The ingredient of Cajun Spiced Chicken

  1. u00bd cup all-purpose flour
  2. 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  3. 1 cup skim milk
  4. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

The instruction how to make Cajun Spiced Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a shallow plate or bowl, fusion together the flour and at least 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning (more if you really bearing in mind the zip of Cajun seasoning!). Pour milk for dipping into a bowl and dip the chicken breasts into it. Dredge the chicken through the flour and seasoning mixture, coating evenly vis-u00d0u00b0-vis both sides and on the order of the edges.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
